At The View Looks Good, we believe that the key to creating a thriving, connected, and resilient world starts within the biology of each of us. That’s why we’re pioneering an approach we call "Nervous System-First" — a philosophy grounded in the science of Polyvagal Theory and designed to transform how we live, work, and lead.

We recognise that our autonomic nervous system shapes our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and responses to the world around us.  When we understand and support our biology, we unlock greater emotional intelligence, creativity, and resilience.

We combine this science with the natural partners of nervous system regulation, mindfulness and embodiment to create practical tools for real change. By integrating awareness and body-based practices, we help individuals and organisations shift from reaction to response, fostering environments where people feel safe, connected, and empowered.

Living and working Nervous System-First means recognising that well-being and success aren’t separate goals — they’re deeply connected.

Our mission is to help people and businesses embrace this approach, equipping them with the tools and understanding to navigate their nervous systems so that they respond rather than react - embracing change, building stronger relationships, and creating sustainable success.

We Live

We recognise we are one human body with one autonomic nervous system moving into and connecting with other autonomic nervous systems in different spaces in our lives.

We are playful and deepen our relationship to these principles each day. We live them when we are alone, with family, with friends, with our community, our work and our environment. We embrace them when we are balanced and connected in safety state and when we are threatened and disconnected in survival states.

& We Work

We learn how to support ourselves and our colleagues, Nervous System-First. We broaden the capacity of our organisational nervous system. We shift our access to creativity, inclusivity and responsiveness to change. We create paradigm shifts in trust and collaboration. We are gentle in our experimentation and bold in our intention.
