Live Training Day Content
Build Awareness & Understand Your Nervous System
The journey begins with compassionate awareness. You'll learn how your autonomic nervous system shapes your experience of safety, connection, and threat. Through guided exercises, you’ll start to identify the different nervous system states (Ventral, Sympathetic, and Dorsal) and how they show up in your body, mind, and relationships. This foundational awareness creates the space for curiosity, kindness, and the first steps toward supporting your nervous system.
Create Balance & Support Your Nervous System
Building on your awareness, you’ll explore practical techniques to support your nervous system throughout the day. From mindfulness and breathwork to movement and sensory grounding, you’ll discover what brings you back to balance and aliveness. This day is about creating safety from the inside out—learning to listen to your biology and offer it what it needs with compassion and consistency.
Strengthen Relationships & Support Others' Nervous Systems
As you become more attuned to your own system, you’ll learn how to recognise and respond to the nervous systems of others. This day focuses on co-regulation—the powerful, reciprocal process of creating safety and connection in relationships. You’ll practice skills for empathetic listening, boundary-setting, and offering support without losing yourself, creating healthier dynamics at home, at work, and beyond.
Live with Purpose & Create from Your Ventral State
In the final day, you’ll step into the heart of Nervous System-First living: creating your life from a state of connection and possibility. You’ll learn how to anchor into your Ventral Vagal state—the biological foundation for creativity, courage, and meaningful action. With this grounded presence, you’ll start to consciously shape your relationships, work, and personal growth, crafting a life that feels aligned, empowered, and full of vitality.

A Note on Self-Exploration
This course encourages you to explore your inner world with curiosity and mindfulness, reflecting on your emotions, thoughts, and sensations. While it offers tools for self-awareness and growth, it’s not a replacement for therapy. If you're dealing with trauma, we recommend consulting a therapist to ensure this aligns with your journey. Our goal is to provide a supportive space for self-reflection in a group, so please make sure this approach feels right for you before signing up.
