Coaching option
Deep Dive Starter Session

This is an intensive session that is great for anyone who is new to using nervous systems in their personal development or is new to coaching. It offers you super clarity on how your nervous system is co-ordinating your life. It also shows you how to to be present and listen to what is ready to change in your life and how you can move this forward and evolve.
In this time together you can expect to meet your nervous system and see clearly how it is governing you at work.
Aware
Get clarity on what nervous system is active in different areas of your life (they can be subtle!) and understand why it is so important to befriend these systems
Respond
Take away recommended practices and sign posting to great additional support to regulate your nervous system and move yourself forward.
Listen
Connect with what wants to evolve in your life now and learn how to listen to this regularly
Create
And if you are ready, meet your ventral state and start getting to know how it sees the world and what your Ventral Voice sounds like when you use it. The best!!

Coaching sessions are designed to be responsive to your nervous system that is active in that moment, so we work with what is 'alive' for you in the session.
This is how we tone your capacity to be with what arises, moment to moment.
It is a combination of releasing what feels 'stuck' - digesting life, and becoming more familiar with the ventral state so that it is a strengthened sensation you can come back to.
This is a great option if you have become familiar with the basics of how your nervous system works and are comfortable diving into mindfulness and somatic techniques.
